Remove old, dirty areas and damaged wood. Repaint as needed. Finish should look new not patched.
Photo shows the worst spot. Nasty.
#2- Cabinet doors

Adjust cabinet doors to hang fully closed. Several need repairs. Test and repair all doors in unit.
#4- Repair and reseal door
West Main #5 - entry door
Entry door needs new hardware, new seals and paint. Fix broken blinds.
